Located in Altoona, Wisconsin, the Altoona High School Band has an enrollment of 53 students, grades 9-12. The director of bands in Altoona is Bob Baldwin.

MISSION STATEMENT
ALTOONA BAND - GRADES 9-12

The mission the Altoona Band Program, grades 9-12, follows a two fold purpose.

To provide the best instrumental music education possible to its students, including:
- introduction and exposure to a variety of musical forms, styles, periods, and cultures.
- pursuit of excellence (a continuing, ongoing process - realizing that perfection is always one step away) in mastery of individual instrument and group performance goals.
- instilling a lifelong love and appreciation of the value of music.
To provide school and community service by regular performance at marching and concert events.
